Cattano Construction, Inc.
Cattano Construction, Inc. was started in 1983 in Cary, North Carolina and is a family run business. Rick Cattano holds an unlimited general contractor’s license focusing on both residential and commercial projects. Specializing in historically influenced architecture they have developed a reputation for innovative floor plans, superior craftsmanship & excellent customer service. They have received many professional awards, including 9 Parade of Homes Awards since 1998. As a recipient of the coveted Golden Achievement for Excellence in Customer Service, sponsored by Quality Builders Warranty Corporation, they rank among the top 3% of builders in the nation. Only 70 of these awards are given out annually and recipients represent the crème de la crème of the homebuilding industry. They received this award for its overall performance in the Triangle area. They have also received the 2002 Triangle MAME award for the “Best Brochure For A Custom Builder”. They are a member of The National Home Builders Association, Home Builders Association of Raleigh/Wake County, Apex Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.

Impact Design-Build, Inc.
Impact Design-Build, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Colen Davidson. Since then, Colen has established his
company as an innovative leader in custom home building. From townhome to estate home, the team at Impact prides itself in building many of the Triangle’s most distinctive residences. Impact’s quality extends beyond the process of building a home to the practice of building a relationship. Customer satisfaction does not happen by accident. Upright Builders
Since 1987 Upright Builders, Inc. has been building quality custom homes in some of the Triangle’s premier neighborhoods. Some of those areas include: Weston Estates, Preston, Governors Club, Governors Park, Southern Village, Carpenter Village, Sunset Ridge and our newest one at Bedford at Falls River. Wes Carroll, the President and owner of Upright Builders Inc., has not only the capability to alter or design a home himself with the CAD system in his office but, has the field experience to know what will work best in the development of a plan. Wes’ educational and practical experience in the field has led Upright Builders to become a respected homebuilder in the triangle area. Wes graduated from Wake Forest with a B.S. degree in Physics. He then went on to earn his Electrical Engineering degree from N.C. State. While earning his engineering degree at State, Wes worked in the construction industry as a framer, and also worked for an engineering consulting firm doing CAD design work. This unique combination of educational background combined with his practical experience in the field has enabled Wes to set and meet realistic goals for Upright Builders, Inc. and the clients for whom we build. There are many facets to building a home, and one must understand how one facet impacts another part of this process in order to build a quality home that is not only physically beautiful, but that will age gracefully over time.
